Booking & Logistics
Q: How far in advance should I book your services?
A: To ensure we can dedicate the meticulous attention your event deserves, we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance. For weddings, large corporate events, or dates during peak season (spring/fall), we suggest 2-3 months' notice. Last-minute bookings are accommodated based on availability and may incur a rush fee.
Q: What is your service area? Do you travel?
A: We are based in Carrollton, Texas and proudly serve a wide region. We offer local services within a 50-mile radius and provide nationwide luxury travel for events across the country. All travel fees are transparently quoted in your custom proposal.
Q: What are your deposit and payment terms?
A: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event for local bookings, and 21 days for nationwide events. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and wire transfers.

Q: What is included in your mobile lounge setup?
A: Our signature setup includes our elegant, climate-controlled lounge, premium leather seating, a stocked traveling humidor, professional lighting and sound, and all necessary cigar accessories (cutters, torches, ashtrays). It’s a complete, five-star environment delivered to your venue.
Q: Can I customize the cigar and spirit selection?
A: Absolutely. This is the heart of our service. During the booking process, our cigar sommelier will consult with you to curate a selection that perfectly matches your taste and event theme, from specific cigar brands to premium spirit pairings.
Q: Do you offer services without the full mobile lounge?
A: Yes! We offer a "Pop-Up Humidor" service, where our sommelier attends your event with a premium selection of cigars and accessories. This is perfect for venues with space constraints or for adding a luxury touch to an existing lounge area.
Policies & Details
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand plans change. Our policy is as follows:
90+ days prior: Deposit converts to a future credit (valid 12 months).
60-89 days prior: 25% of total invoice is forfeited.
30-59 days prior: 50% of total invoice is forfeited.
Fewer than 30 days prior: 100% of the invoice is non-refundable.
Force Majeure events allow for full rescheduling.
Q: What are your space and power requirements?
A: We require a level area of approximately 24' x 16' and access to a standard 20-amp power outlet. For remote locations, we can provide a generator for an additional fee. Our team will conduct a site check if needed.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. Puffz N' Pearlz carries full general liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) upon request from your venue.

Q: Do you provide the alcohol?
A: Due to liquor licensing laws, clients are typically responsible for providing the alcohol. However, we are experts in pairings and are happy to recommend specific spirits, source them for you through a retailer, or work with your bartending service to create a perfect pairing menu. We can provide full bar service if your venue holds the appropriate license.
Q: What happens if there is bad weather for my outdoor event?
A: Our mobile lounge is a self-contained, climate-controlled environment, protecting guests from the elements. We recommend having a backup plan with your venue (e.g., a covered patio or clear tent) for guest movement. We are fully operational in rain or shine!
